Expert care for every fiber

A luxury label tells us where to start. The fiber, finish, age, and existing wear decide what happens next.

Pre-existing damage is recorded before treatment, then covered by our garment-care process and insurance policy.

Silk

Delicate dyes and water marks need a measured hand.

We test colour stability, target stains with pH-aware agents, then finish blouses and gowns by hand to keep their fluid drape.

Cashmere

Soft fibres punish heat and rough movement.

Our controlled process protects size and handle. Hand-blocking restores the original shape before the sweater is wrapped.

Wool

Structure matters as much as stain removal.

Gentle tumbling and steam reshaping keep coats crisp without flattening the nap or stressing the seams.

Lace

Openwork can snag, stretch, or yellow.

We inspect every edge and support fragile panels during cleaning, with acid-free tissue for storage pieces.

Leather and suede

Surface, lining, and colour require separate care.

Our leather package conditions and protects designer handbags, jackets, and shoes after a careful material assessment.

Vintage and heirloom

Age changes the rules.

We hand-inspect old trims, beads, adhesives, and weakened seams before choosing a preservation-safe method.

Before we begin: We photograph and note existing pulls, fading, loose embellishments, and weakened fabric so you can approve the care plan.

Our artisan cleaning method is gentle yet effective

Every luxury item has its own treatment record. GreenEarth cleaning and sensitive-skin approved solvents help us avoid harsh chemistry.

Inspect under UV light

We find hidden stains, weak points, colour movement, and marks standard inspection can miss.

Treat the stain precisely

A textile specialist selects a safe targeted solvent. Harsh blanket chemicals stay out of the process.

Clean in isolation

Silk pieces travel in individual bags. Irreplaceable garments may receive controlled hand-washing instead.

Press, steam, and reshape

Custom forms preserve the original silhouette, while hand-finishing restores a polished surface.

Inspect and protect

Your garment is wrapped in acid-free tissue, sealed, and returned with clear care instructions.

Eliminate smoke, mothball, and must without damaging fibres

Our ozone-free deodorisation process neutralises odours without perfume or harsh oxidisers. It suits vintage finds, estate-sale purchases, and garments stored in a garage.

A 1960s wool dress arrived with deep storage odour. After treatment, it was clean enough for display on a mannequin. The fibre stayed soft.

Answers for your most precious garments

Will dry cleaning shrink my cashmere sweater?
No. Our controlled process and hand-blocking are designed to preserve the original size and shape. We record measurements before treatment.
Can you remove red wine from a silk gown?
We can assess it and treat it with targeted enzymatic spot care. Our reported success rate is over 98% for wine, oil, and ink on silk when the fibre has not been permanently altered.
Do you clean vintage beaded items?
Yes, after an inspection of the beads, thread, trims, and adhesives. We hand-clean when solvents could loosen old adhesive.
Is my garment insured while in your care?
Yes. Garments are documented at intake and covered by our garment insurance while they are in our care.
